Now its up to you to bring everything together to create the perfect bachelorette party! Not sure where to start?
Having been running our crafty hen parties for over a decade we are at the ready with all the advice, and 5 simple steps and must haves for your hen party planning!
Step One: PLAN
It’s time to figure out whats going to be involved!
Things to think about:
Dates, Location, Accommodation, Venues, Activities, Rough Group Size

Step 2: Enquire
So you know where you want to go, and what activities you want to do! Its time to do some admin! Get enquiring for your dates to check in with accommodation and activities providers (that includes us at The Crafty Hen!!) to check their availability for the hen party dates!
Step 3: Book
We require a £100 deposit for hen party bookings, this secures your booking and takes away the stress of losing your date should another person enquire and book in the meantime! Get in touch with each individual activity provider / venue to find out their booking terms.
You can book with us before you have an exact address, we just need to know a rough location, e.g. town or first part of the postcode. Then you can confirm the full address once you know.
Step 4: Communication is Key
Got your timings secured? Have an address confirmed? This is when you need to finalise details and keep your activity providers and venues in the loop!
For your booking with us we’ll give you a booking form to complete, this will have sections you need to fill out such as address and workshop times so we can prepare for your workshop.
If anything changes after the initial booking form has been sent you must let us know so that we can check in with our crafty hen team about any changes made.
Once we hit the four week date ahead of your party, all final details need to be firmed up including confirming your final group size to make your remaining payment, so get those hens in a line!
Step 5: Party Time!
Today’s the day to get crafty! We’ll arrive at your venue / property at our set up time to get the activity ready for you all.
Then we’ll begin crafting and showing you all the tips and tricks to making your chosen craft activity!
Everyone will finish the crafty party with new skill, crafting confidence and a gorgeous make for themselves or for the bride / wedding, depending on the chosen activity.
