Terms & Conditions

 
 

Delivery

  • Delivery will be either by Royal Mail or courier service.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 14 working days upon payment of invoice.

    • With the exception of any pre-order containing Christmas kits which be dispatched on 2nd Nov 2020.

  • Orders over £500 +VAT, qualify for free delivery.

Payment

  • All payments due are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated).

  • Payment is to be made via BACS or card. We will invoice once an order has been made.

  • By making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms set out here, and consenting to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order after it has been placed and will notify you in such circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Orders are non-refundable once dispatched.

  • If you wish to amend your order prior to dispatch, get in touch immediatly. However we cannot guarantee being able to accommodate amendments.

Saftey

  • The Crafty Hen is not responsible for operation or use of any materials and equipment used in making the items. The Crafty Hen has no liability in use of the kits, these are at the customers own risk. None of our items are toys and are designed to be used by adults.

Force Majeure

  • The Crafty Hen will not be liable or pay compensation or damages if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we cannot, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. This includes but is not limited to; war, or threat of war, strikes, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, pandemic, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems affecting transport or any similar events beyond our control.
