Over the past fortnight, we’ve been honoured to join the athletes at the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham to entertain them at the various villages across the Midlands. Allowing them to relax and enjoy their evenings, with a bit of crafting to unwind and inspire some creative thinking at our series of workshops.
Learning a new skill, whilst decompressing from the pressures of the games, and creating a keepsake to take home with them too.
It was a pleasure to get to meet so many wonderful (and talented!) athletes from all over the world. Coming together to share in and explore new experiences as they achieve great things at the games.
Now the fortnight is over, we hope these creative keepsakes will return home, safely tucked in the athlete’s suitcases, as a memento of their time in Birmingham and they’re time at the villages!
