With the upcoming an increasing number of workplaces offering Wellness Weeks for staff, we’re certainly noticing an upward trend for creative team socials and team building days.
Promoting wellness at work and showing support for colleague’s mental health has never been more important than it is now. In the age of staring at screens all day long and being online 27/4, taking some time away form our desks and phones to focus on what’s in front of us and connect with some creative thinking allows us to unwind, and take stock of the day.
